Dear Woman, You Matter Too.

There's something deeply beautiful about the way we love, how we pour ourselves out like water, how we give without being asked, how we stretch our arms to cover everyone else, even when we are breaking.

We are the first to wake, the last to eat, the quiet backbone of households, friendships, and dreams that are not ours.

We remember birthdays, carry secrets, pray in silence for others, and still manage to smile, even when no one asks how we're doing.

But here's what we forget.

We matter too. Our needs, our voices, our dreams, they matter.

Our exhaustion matters. Our laughter matters. Our healing, our growth, our peace, it all matters.

We weren't born only to love others until we disappear.

Stop shrinking. Don't dim your light so others can feel comfortable. Don't shrink so others won't feel small. Don't silence your truth just to keep peace.

If it costs you your voice, your worth, or your dreams, it's too expensive.

You were not created to blend in, you were created to become. To stand tall. To be heard. To be loved in return. To be respected in every room you walk into.

Be the woman who takes space without apology.

Be the woman who says "no" without guilt.

Be the woman who leaves when she is not respected.

Be the woman who reclaims her name, her power, her story.
